These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the Heart & Soul Beware coffee and tea storefront and your use of the related shopping services provided through that storefront.

The Heart & Soul Beware coffee and tea storefront is operated by Heart & Soul Beware, L.L.C. and powered by Shopify.

Other Heart & Soul Beware products, publications, memberships, content, and services may be offered through separate websites, platforms, or service providers and are not governed by these Terms unless expressly stated.

By accessing the coffee and tea storefront, placing an order, or purchasing a product through it, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Our Coffee and Tea Storefront

Heart & Soul Beware, L.L.C. offers coffee, tea, and related products through an online storefront powered by Shopify.

For purposes of these Terms, the coffee and tea storefront and its related shopping features, tools, and services are collectively referred to as the "Services."

Products are offered for personal use and enjoyment unless otherwise stated.

Heart & Soul Beware is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• Payment cannot be processed.
• Pricing or product information contains a material error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of the Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of material pricing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

Payments for coffee and tea purchases made through this storefront are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

Heart & Soul Beware does not independently store complete payment-card information.

Ingredients, Allergies, and Dietary Considerations

Ingredient information is provided when applicable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase or consumption and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions.

Heart & Soul Beware does not make medical claims regarding its coffee or tea products.

Delivery dates provided by Heart & Soul Beware, Shopify, or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct before submitting an order.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Coffee and tea are perishable food products and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges of coffee or tea.
