Return & Refund Policy

Because coffee and tea are perishable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will work with you when there is a problem with your order in the following circumstances:

Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong product, roast, grind, or other item due to an error by Heart & Soul Beware, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@heartandsoulbeware.com.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, when possible, photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.

We may replace products that arrive damaged. Heart & Soul Beware will cover the cost of the replacement product. Shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking process.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist with reviewing the available tracking information and determining the appropriate next step.

A replacement may be offered depending on the circumstances. Heart & Soul Beware may cover the replacement product, while the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refunds

Because our coffee and tea products are perishable, refunds are not generally provided for preference, taste, or change of mind.

If Heart & Soul Beware determines that a refund is appropriate because of an order or fulfillment issue, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
